Lauren began her career selling property at her family company, F.O. Bailey Real Estate in her hometown, Falmouth, Maine. Three years later, she found herself in New York City, working on two of Manhattan’s top-ranked award-winning teams. She has since returned to Maine to sell the market of her roots, though she remains on board with Million Dollar Listing’s Ryan Serhant.

Lauren received her bachelor's degree in Business and Administration from the University of Maine where she held Dean's List status for three years.

When Lauren is not working, you will find her spending time with her husband, Kevin, and daughter, Mary Rose, painting Maine landscapes, or walking Maine's scenic public parks with her small dog, Keela.
