Block Party on Chamberlain Avenue

Recently, I had the pleasure of hosting a block party at 5 Chamberlain Avenue in Portland, to mark the completion of my client's renovation project. This client purchased two neighboring properties through me, and after he transformed the first house, I figured it was the perfect opportunity to bring together our community for a night of connection, celebration, and real estate appreciation.
The evening was filled with excitement as friends, family, clients, neighbors, fellow real estate brokers, and industry partners gathered to see the renovation. The new space came alive with laughter, music, and the aroma of mouthwatering delicacies. Local food truck personality Barry Larry, The Fried Rice King, delighted guests with his hibachi skills, while Lady Shuckers shucked fresh oysters, adding a touch of elegance to the evening.
We had three raffles that brought extra fun: a $150 Gift Card to Twelve, a $325 Walk-and-Talk Consultation with Whitney + Co, and A $150 Chappy Wrap Blanket! The incredible media teams at Structure Media and Onyx Owl Photography helped capture the event's special moments. Our sponsors played an essential role in making this event a true celebration of community and collaboration. Thank you to Kate DiBiase of Northstar Mortgage, Structure Media, Whitney + Co, and Bay Area Title for their generous support.
It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the quality of work that goes into these homes, and many were excited to learn more about the upcoming project next door at 11 Chamberlain. The block party atmosphere created an inviting and relaxed environment, making it easy for everyone to connect, share stories, and appreciate Portland's sense of community.
Hosting this block party was more than just a celebration; it was about fostering relationships, building connections, and showing what makes Portland's real estate scene so special. I am incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us and made the event a success. This experience was a wonderful reminder of why I love what I do – it's not just about selling homes, it's about creating lasting memories and connections.
I look forward to more moments like this in the future as we continue to grow, share, and celebrate Portland's unique charm together. If you’re curious about this project or have questions about Portland’s vibrant real estate market, I’m always here to connect. Let’s keep building this amazing community, one celebration at a time.
