What a full and exciting summer it’s been — balancing work, family, and a little bit of European adventure. From busy days with clients to time spent abroad and at home, this summer has been anything but quiet, and I’m excited to share a few highlights with you.
With nearly $20 million in closed and pending sales in 2025, I’m on track to break my personal record this year and am proud to maintain my position as one of the top realtors in Greater Portland. I’m deeply grateful for the trust my clients place in me.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to carry this momentum into the fall — with new listings, development projects, and community events that keep me connected to what I love most: the people and places that make Maine home. This weekend, I will be a sponsor at the Chebeague Island Inn’s 100-year anniversary!

I STEPPED AWAY TO COME BACK FULL
This summer, my husband and I took our first vacation without the kids since our honeymoon. We celebrated a dear friend’s wedding in Scotland and then slipped south to Italy — a quick stop in Naples for pizza, espresso, and Pompeii before settling into the stunning Amalfi Coast and Ischia’s hidden beauty and ancient healing waters.
Traveling is unhinged: you land jet-lagged, overspend but ignore it, run on espresso, pasta & cheese, and somehow walk 18,000 steps a day. You’re exhausted, but also the most alive — and the most yourself — you’ve felt all year.
I promised someone I wouldn’t work while I was there — a promise I initially rolled my eyes at but ultimately kept. And honestly? It was life-changing. I don’t journal, but I did when I got back because I wanted to remember ten lessons I learned on vacation. Here were two of them:
#1: Time moves slower when I’m untethered from my phone.
#10: No view is as beautiful as my children.
BRINGING LIFE TO LUXURY
218 Washington Avenue, PH2 / Asking $1,295,000 (now pending)
I’ve done partial stages before with accessories, plants, throw pillows, etc. but recently I had the pleasure of fully staging a vacant penthouse myself, blending a modern organic style with vintage finds from F.O. Bailey Antiquarians. Every detail—from antique sleigh bells to a worn ladder—was handpicked to create a space that feels elevated and curated.
AND “PH” TO MAINE
A few months ago I introduced the “PH” penthouse address label to the MLS in the Greater Portland area to align the growing luxury market with national standards. Since then, other brokers have begun adopting it—and the idea was even featured in Mainebiz! A small shift, but one that signals a big step forward for Maine’s luxury real estate.
